REPORTS TO: Director of F&B
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide Five Star service while serving food and beverages to our guests. May also perform other tasks as related to fulfilling and enhancing the guest experience. A server is responsible for knowing and executing proper service standards as pertains to obtaining and delivering guest’s food and beverage requests, including but not limited to: knowing and using the proper procedures for addressing a guest, taking orders, maintaining the guest environment to proper standards, anticipating the guest’s needs, and providing a sense of graciousness and hospitality.
Responsibilities will extend beyond the period of contact with guests and include pre-service side-work and cleaning duties, post-service side-work and cleaning duties, daily deep cleaning duties, and special projects.
Server must understand the importance of prioritizing the guest experience, showing dedication to Primland’s ethic of “above and beyond”, creating high-quality memorable experiences for our guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a server
- Ability work holidays and weekends
- Ability to work multiple shifts (a.m. and p.m.)
- Ability to work overtime based on business needs
- Ability to work across multiple outlets, including banquets and in-room dining
- Ability to become part of a cohesive team
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for over 8 hours
- Ability to move and carry objects such as tables, chairs, in-room boxes
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Previous experience with PAR-Springer Miller Touch and Host Systems

JOB SUMMARY:
The role of Steward is an entry-level position. The only educational requirement is a high school diploma or GED. The work environment for Stewards is typically in the “back of the house” of a hotel’s dining area. This simply means they spend most of their time in the kitchen area rather than the dining area.
Maintain Cleanliness of all Dining Utensils: Stewards are responsible for making sure all plates, glasses, bowls and silverware are perfectly cleaned between uses. This often involves using an industrial dishwasher and then hand polishing to remove leftover smudges.
Maintain Cleanliness of Kitchen and Storage Areas: Stewards also have to make sure the kitchen and storage areas are kept clean at all times. This includes cleaning industrial kitchen appliances, such as stoves, grills, freezers and ovens. This is an integral part of the Steward’s job, as the kitchen must meet health and safety standards at all times.
Maintain High Standards of Personal Appearance: The personal appearance code varies slightly by employer, but the industry standard for Stewards is having a clean and professional appearance at all times. This means wearing appropriate dress, covering tattoos and maintaining facial hair.

JOB SUMMARY:
Line Cooks will report directly to Executive Chef and Sous Chefs. In absence of superiors, supervise staff and direct kitchen employees. The resort is currently compromised of four restaurant outlets and banquet facilities. The Lead Line Cook will work from the Lodge kitchen and/or any catering facilities on or off property. Main focus will be dinner service in Main Lodge Kitchen. Assist and execute daily seasonal menu preparation. Ability to use modern food techniques with Southern touches in elegant menu preparations.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES OF A LEAD LINE COOK INCLUDE:
- Responsible for execution of savory dishes applicable to the restaurant menu.
- Able to prepare a wide variety of foods from scratch.
- Assist other cooks in preparation of their stations.
- Assist Sous Chef in organization of duties.
- Plating foods.
- May be required to train or supervise others.
- May be required to assume the role of supervisor in Executive Chef’s or Sous Chef’s absence.
- Supervisory role during kitchen closing.
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment, take direction, offer direction and assist with problem solving.
- Assist where ever necessary with breakfast and lunch services.

POSITION: Housekeeper
REPORTS TO: Housekeeping Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager
JOB SUMMARY:
Provide a superior level of cleanliness, and consistency throughout all assigned guestrooms.
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 1-year experience in a physically active position. Prior Housekeeping experience preferred.
Job-Related Skills: Basic written and oral English skills preferred, eye for detail.
License/Certification: N/A
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Provide thorough Housekeeping service to all guest rooms.
- Stock and maintain housekeeping areas.
- Lifting is mandatory, and at times may be heavy.
- Empty vacuum cleaner bags daily, or as needed to maintain the equipment.
- Report all Engineering discrepancies found in rooms to Floor Supervisor.
- Use all chemicals, and equipment properly, to ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
- Report all needles, blood, and other bodily fluids found to Supervisor.
- Clean windows on the inside as needed.
- Remove all trash daily from any Suite/Cabin assigned.
- Complete VIP rooms, then checkouts and stay-over rooms, unless requested otherwise.
- Maintain supply of fresh linens, amenities, stationery, glassware, etc., in lodges in accordance with Department Guidelines.
- Keep areas free of debris and F&B service trays during course of the day.
- Assist other Room Attendants & staff when asked to do so.
- Turn in all lost and found items recovered from guestrooms to Housekeeping Manager immediately.
- Strip any cribs and rollaway beds before having removed from guestrooms.
- Responsibilities may include other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY
The Guest Service Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
- Handles confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity.
- Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints.
- Answers and routes calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy.
- Responsible for cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
- Maintains accurate records including cash flows, registration cards, reservation cards, and property walks.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guests, and travel directions.
- Records pertinent guest information in the pass on log.
- Ensures common area/lobby are clean
- Preferred experience with SMS
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF SMS PROGRAM A MUST.
- WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF WORD, EXCEL, AND TYPING 30 WPM
- Must be able to work flexible shifts (Am + PM)
- Willing to work extended periods of 6 days a week work days
- Able to work overtime based on business needs
- Able to work holidays and/or weekends
- Able to maintain a 40+ hour week for each quarter

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
- Must have vehicle operator’s license and knowledge of property and resort offerings.

- Intuitive sense of Hospitality.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Desirable:
- Accreditation for shotgun training, coaching, instruction.
- Broad range of knowledge and work experience in different outdoor
- Activities including hunting, fishing, and trail activities
- Experience or training in equestrian, RTV trail riding, and hunting activities.
- Ability to perform job with minimum supervision.
- Ability to become part of a cohesive team.
