Kids Club Journeys For Our Youngest Mountaineers

Our Junior Mountaineers Kids Club offers expertly curated adventures for kids ages 6-12. Guiding children through pond-fishing and foraging expeditions to archery lessons and nature hikes, Junior Mountaineers connect with the wonders of the Southern Appalachian Mountains.
  • Offered Tuesday – Saturday | Memorial Day – Labor Day

  • Morning session: 9AM – 1PM | $125 per child 

  • Full-day session: 9AM – 3PM | $175  per child 

  • Mid-morning snack and lunch included in morning and all-day sessions

Stargazing

Embark on a journey through the cosmos and learn to navigate your way around the night sky. Explore the constellations, bright stars and deep space objects that are visible in the spring night sky with the aid of a telescope.

Located in the Lodge and boasting some of the property’s finest views, Lodge Jr. Suites feature separate living and dining areas and showcase the same smoky palette as the bedroom, with wood and stone touches referencing the mountains all around. The master bathroom features imported European glass mosaic tiles and the clean lines of Dornbracht fittings. Down duvets, plush robes and slippers, BVLGARI bath products and custom-designed Frette sheets satisfy the senses on every level.

Pinnacle Suite Two Queens

With their own 248-square-foot decks, Juliet balconies and separate living rooms, Pinnacle Suites offer sweeping views of the verdant valley below. Luxuriate in the spacious master bedroom with two queen beds, where down duvets, plush Frette robes and slippers and custom-designed Frette sheets ensure maximum comfort. The generous bathroom features luxurious BVLGARI bath products, while a gas fireplace in the private living room creates a cozy atmosphere. When Pinnacle Suite + Pinnacle King Rooms are booked together, they enjoy access to a shared living area.

Getting Here Is Simple

Primland’s vast property means it is serviced by two entrances, one in the north and one in the south. The estate’s helipad is located at the North Gate near the Meadows of Dan, which is also the closest entrance to the main Lodge with its restaurants and spa, and The Highland Golf Course. The South Gate near Claudville provides access to the estate’s sports shooting and trail riding areas.
