Bobcat

Bobcat is a mountain-top log home overlooking miles of heavily timbered ridges and tranquil, grassy valleys. Bedroom 1 has one Queen Bed. Bedroom 2 has one Queen Bed. The loft also has two Queen Beds. Wood floors and rich paneling provide an aura of country charm.

Flying Squirrel

Flying Squirrel’s most distinctive feature is the house’s 13-sided frame constructed of reclaimed wood. Below the dramatic circular ceiling are two bedrooms, a comfortable living room and a full kitchen as well as two bathrooms featuring imported European glass mosaic tile. A wrap-around deck capitalizes on the unique shape to afford 360-degree views of the secluded woodland setting. Groves of native mountain laurel make for a serene atmosphere from which to lounge and reflect.

Otter

Otter offers a great view of the Dan River Gorge from its spacious screened porch. A welcoming covered entry leads to a cozy interior that features exposed ceiling beams, decorative, half-timbered walls, a cheerful living room with gas burning stove and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Quail

Quail enjoys one of the best views at Primland. Special features include a king size bed in the master and a game room on the lower level with a pool table and a wet bar. Two other guest rooms share a second full bath on the main level.

One of Primland’s most spacious Mountain Homes, Whitetail features a cathedral ceiling, exposed beams and pine paneling throughout the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as breathtaking views from its expanded living room. The combination of king, queen and twin beds comfortably accommodates larger families or groups.
